your picture is fine, but the quotes put it over the 250 limit, if you spoiler* them you can keep them, or you can resize the picture and keep it all in the open.

Your actually isn't okay. Your Image is right at 250, and you've got words underneath it, so either resize or change the image, or remove/Spoiler the Text.
